Who are we

Neelabh Kashyap is the founder and CEO of Radiata Consulting. He brings over 15 years of experience in solving complex technical problems. Neelabh has a PhD in statistical signal processing from Aalto University, to which he owes his strong background in research and problem solving.

Before starting Radiata, Neelabh worked as a technology consultant, developing data and analytics solutions for clients in different industries. He then went on to lead the data science team at KONE's Analytics Centre of Excellence, and also played a key role in developing the KONE Data Foundation.

At Radiata Consulting, Neelabh uses his skills to help businesses overcome challenges with their existing, often limiting, approaches to data and AI. He believes that a firm adherence to tried and tested architectural best practices (e.g., SOLID, 3NF, etc.) is what stands between a data mess and data mesh, and between MLOps and ML Flops!
